专利摘要:
A central electric motor rotates spheres filled with mercury from a reservoir located in the center of rotation. The liquid compresses a mass of hydrogen in its breast with the pressure corresponding to a column of the radius of gyration and centripetal acceleration. The device allows to ionize the hydrogen by electrical voltage pulsate in high frequency at the time that a unidirectional electromagnetic field crosses it. Under these conditions the plasma presents inductive impedance. A discharge of thousands of amperes through it allows to reach the fusion temperature. The spheres are opened by differential pressure and the mercury vapor produces an impulse that increases its speed transforming the electric motor into an electric alternator. When steam comes out of the spheres, liquid mercury enters through its interior surface acting as a coolant. If you compress a steriometric mixture of hydrogen and oxygen, an electric arc will suffice in the compressed mixture for its operation, comparable to the previous one but of lower power.  2. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement
Document D01 constitutes the state of the art closest to our request. In this document, we find a melting energy generating device by centripetal compression from a mass of fuel formed by deuterium to which we subject it to a very high pressure and within a liquid mass, in this case mercury , conductive of electricity and inside hollow enclosures with a spherical shape, which are arranged circularly inside a wheel that rotates very slowly in relation to mercury and that is partially flooded by it, and all thanks to a central motor that Move the container containing the mercury and to the wheels. Inside the enclosures the surface of mercury in contact with the deuterium, compresses this as a result of the thrust caused by the pressure of a column of the liquid itself, subjected to a strong centripetal acceleration, which on one end is in intimate contact with the deuterium and on the other electrically connected to a circuit equipped with a trigger device sufficient to produce a discharge spark. Once the fusion energy is produced, the energy extraction will proceed, producing the mercury vapor leaving the hemisphere through the communication cylinder, allowing the evacuation of the heat generated towards an external circuit, by means of an exchange system with a secondary circuit of water vapor, which enters and leaves the rotating container, along its central axis and has its steam generating beams submerged in the liquid mercury.
Therefore there are differences between document D01 and the 1st claim of the application under study. Specifically, document D01 lacks the disposable capsules of fuel delivery to the spheroids, and thus differs from the mechanism of opening and closing by differential pressure and centrifugal force. Nor is it described in document D01 the orientation of the steam outlets, either tangential to the turning radius, in prolongation of the turning radius or at an angle to the turning radius depending on the application of the impulse motor. Taking this into account, it seems that it would not be apparent to a person skilled in the art that, starting from said document D01, the invention proposed in the first claim of the application would be reached, and therefore said invention would possess novelty and inventive activity.
With respect to the rest of claims 2 to 15, since all depend directly or indirectly on the 1st claim, we could say that they would also present novelty and inventive activity.
On the other hand, documents D02 to D05, would reflect the state of the general technique.
As a summary, we could conclude that none of documents D01 to D05 would affect the novelty or the inventive activity, as described in claims 1 to 15 of the document presented by the applicant, and therefore the patentability of the The invention would not be questioned in accordance with articles 6 and 8 of patent law 11/86.
